Refund and Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Items on sale, promotion, or clearance

2. Return Process

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the shipping label. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello.morebella@gmail.com with your order number and proof of purchase. We will provide you with the correct return shipping address.

Note: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product, please contact us at hello.morebella@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video of the issue. Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Chargebacks and Shipping Delays (IMPORTANT)

By purchasing from MoreBella, you agree and acknowledge that our shipping times are 10 to 16 business days. If your package is still in transit and within this timeframe, opening a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card company is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, MoreBella reserves the right to dispute it using this policy and tracking data as binding evidence.

5. Order Cancellations

Because we process orders automatically to ensure a 10-16 day delivery time, orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, the order cannot be cancelled as it has already been processed by our fulfillment center.
