Thank you for visiting and shopping at MoreBella. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Domestic Shipping Only (USA)

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside of the USA.

2. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Cost: Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 10 to 16 business days.

Disclaimer: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons. The 10-16 business days timeframe is an estimate and not a strict guarantee.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MoreBella is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages & Lost Packages

MoreBella is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the carrier confirms delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, or reach out to our support team at hello.morebella@gmail.com with photographic evidence so we can assist you.
